Tracking the item:
About tracking number
- After we received your payment without any problems, we will print
the label and ship out the item. After label is printed, the tracking
number is available but will marked as "Billing information received"
in the web site. The tracking number will be working after UPS/USPS

customers 1 day after UPS/USPS picks up the item. If you did not get a
tracking num 3 business days after we received your payment, please

About return and exchange - If you found any problem with the item, such as the item does not fit or item is broken, please E-mail us
immediately and let us know the problem. If item is defective, we will
help our customers to file a UPS/USPS claim; we might need a digital

resolve any problems they have even after they received or installed

1. Put the model of your car when searching (e.g. IS30, GS400, RX300) 2.
If too many results pop up, try to narrow it down by typing the year of
your model. Besides the actual year of your vehicle, you can also try
to search with the beginning year range of your car model. For
instance, if you car is 02 IS300, it is in the year range of 01-05, so
you can put "01 IS300 " for searching title 3. If you want to
further narrow down the searching results, please put down the specific
items you are looking for. For instance, if you are looking for
headlights that fits 02 IS300, you can put "02 IS300 headlights" for
title; if you are looking for altezza tail lights, you can put "02
IS300 Altezza" as title. 4. You are always welcome to E-mail us
for more information about the item. We will try to answer all emails
within 24 hours, please allow 1-2 business days for us to clear up
